Roundtable: Law Practice Management, ethics issues and other topics introduced by YOU.

WHO: Attorneys in practice.  Please feel free to forward to attorneys who you think might be interested in attending.  

WHAT: This is a round table discussion with the input from the group providing answers, on compliance issues, support, and insight into topics brought up by attendees.  At the roundtable we will ask for questions that you may have that the group can help answer, such as how to set fees, where and what insurance to get, how to obtain and benefit from help (paralegal, accounting), compliant billing techniques, client challenges, IOLTA accounting- or any topic related to law practice management or ethics.   These will be your issues and your topics.  We will benefit from the experiences of the community.  Confidentiality will be respected.

WHERE:  Crowne Plaza Cabana in Palo Alto (in the back in a private room in the restaurant) - parking easily available in the hotel's parking lot. 

WHEN:   Generally our meetings are the fourth Wednesday of the month: from 8:00 am – 9:30 am.

HOW:  Come prepared to share your concise, 30-second introduction and to ask a question (question is optional).  Bring a ‘name tent’ (if possible), so everyone around the table can identify you. 

FEES:  Your breakfast is included in the price of the ticket.  You select your breakfast from the hotel breakfast buffet. Please come a bit early to get your meal and find a seat.
